WOODS SCHOLARSHIP APPLICATION FORM
The Section V Soccer
Committee has established the Ted Woods Scholarship.
This annual award will be
in the amount of $500.
The requirements for
applying are:
1. A graduating senior with minimum of 2 years of Varsity
Soccer.
2. A minimum academic average of 85%
3. Pursuing a career in Education or related areas
The presentation will be
made at the Section V Awards Dinner.
The scholarship will be
awarded in the form of a $500 check payable the second semester of the
applicants Freshman year in college.
